this is my opinion on the New Automated Poll Machines on 2010 Presidential Election in the Philippines in Connection of Using Computer During the Election.

Now a days modern technology have been adapted in our modern life. Technology W\C impart us a knowledge on how to make a change in our society today. Poll automated machine was introduced to us to be more civilized , high-tech and modern form of election wherein the counting of votes of every candidate is move faster compare to the old form of counting machine. But despite of being civilized in our industry especially in our government, Poll Automated Machine also have the disadvantage because you can cheat the counting votes especially it is been computerized, and if there is some error in your ballot so if that’s the case your vote is not counted.

Having a modern Having a modern technology in our lifestyle has also disadvantage w\c is depends on how you going to manipulate the machine because it is also depends on the person who has authority manage the machine. Being a computer science student s we are literate on how computer is being manipulated that’s why it is easy for us on how to use this kind of machine.It is also our responsibility to protect our votes through the use of machine.It is good to everyone to become easy in time of election day on may 10 2010. As in my opinion the New automated poll machines on presidential election in the Philippines its good in me and to everyone ho have more skill in computer and to all senior citizen it’s good her/him because our citizen are very old…..I wish that during the election has no complicated in everyone….think you that’s my opinion in the New Automated Poll Machines on 2010 Presidential Election in the Philippines in Connection of Using Computer During the Election.

For the first time in Philippine history, the country will be using an automated poll machine for a quick, easy, and transparent counting that will minimize fraud. For the past elections of manual voting, several problems were encountered such as slow results of vote, “Dagdag-Bawas scheme” and vote buying. Things like these become the reason for the adaptation of an automated election in Philippines.”It’s not just the problem with the technology. You also have an administration that wants to remain in power and is capable of disrupting the elections just to remain in power.””I am not sure that particular system had been rolled out in a major election,” he said, adding that past regional elections in the Philippines where automation was used deployed a different kind of machine and technology.
